Del Mar Fairgrounds is a 15 minute drive. Close to multiple hiking trails and some of the best bicycling in California. Less than a 45 minute drive to the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park San Diego and SeaWorld and an hour drive to Disneyland.

Great comfortable apartment on a private cul-de-sac. Pull out couch worked perfectly.. Nice natural light. Great kitchen. Nice to relax on the porch. Would definitely recommend if looking for a place in Encinitas.

This was a wonderful place. Clean, quiet and close to the beach and lots of restaurants. A full kitchen is always nice. I would recommend.

We enjoyed our month long stay at the Tree House. It’s so close to beaches, parks, the Farmers Market and fun restaurants. We enjoy cooking while on vacation, and the kitchen has good gas stove, and is well stocked with the basics . Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable..la must for us.

Even though located close to all we needed, it is a very quiet neighborhood, with opportunities for long walks. The nearby beaches are especially wonderful. Brian and Nichole are great hosts; available but not intrusive.

My stay at Brian's Tree House was exactly what I was looking for. The space is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully decorated with the finest amenities. It was the perfect retreat to write and reflect and snuggle up and watch a movie. I will definitely like to visit again for a weekend getaway and a long walk on the beach.

Pristine and exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need or want for a stay in Leucadia. The bed was very comfortable and the place is modern, clean, bright and airy, well lit and full of thoughtful touches. There is easy off street parking and it is very quiet. Brian is communicative and accommodating. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood but you can easily walk to good restaurants and cafes as well as to the Leucadia Donut Shop. I look forward to returning to Leucadia and I hope to stay at Brian’s again.

Brian’s spot was very clean and comfortable. Medium soft bed (not too soft but comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and heater worked very well. Upstairs above garage but attached to his house but still private. Quiet neighborhood and one street from The beach. Brian was super helpful and allowed us flexibility.

Brian is a phenomenal host. This apartment is tucked away in a quiet part of Leucadia and a walkable to some of the best beaches and restaurants North County has to offer. Very convenient and plenty space if you are hoping to relax or work as well. Brian was communicative and accommodating. Will be back!
